GENTRY NEESE #3 – Senior Spotlight

#3 Gentry Neese is the son of Charlie Neese & Eve Annunziato. Gentry was born 7 pounds and
9 ounces.  His first football experience was playing Corner for Saint Paul Saints in 5th Grade.  Jarvis Landry is his favorite Pro Player.  Gentry’s impassioned about coaching football as he coaches a 14-year-old team currently and has 92 color coordinated plays he crafted for them on a Google spreadsheet. I think they’ve master 3 or 4 of them so far! He plans to study Sports Management and one day be on the sidelines calling plays!  Below are a few more of his favorites:

Favorite Food: His Mom’s Baked Ziti

Favorite Motivational Saying or Scripture: “You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose.”   Dr. Seuss

Favorite Rebel Football Memory:  Beating Brentwood at home!

Message from Gentry’s Proud Rebel Parents:

“Gentry, we’re most proud of not your athletic ability, but rather your humble spirit and kind heart that guide you. We are glad you realize this game, this team and this life aren’t all about you –  it’s much grander than that.  You understand all of your accomplishments as a Rebel were because of the help of your teammates who blocked and tackled for you and/or perfectly passed to you.  That’s a lesson we’re confident you understand and will take with you to college and beyond.  Simply said, we’re proud of your deep faith, integrity and character on and off the field.  Through all of your 18 years and all of the years to come, Gentry, we are most thankful we get to call you our son!”
