Today’s Senior Spotlight is on Senior Trainer, Victoria Graffam. Victoria has been a trainer for our team for one year. She decided to become a trainer because, in addition to helping with the team, she also wanted to get a closer look into concussions. After graduation she plans on attending the University of Kentucky to study Neuroscience. In her “off time” Victoria enjoys going to the gym. When asked what her favorite FHS football memory is she says that it has to the the “Lightening Delay” at this year’s Riverdale game. “During the storm all of the players were in the gym and we had run out of water. Laney and I couldn’t find a hose so I ended up holding the 7 gallon jug under a locker room shower head to fill it up. Needless to say, I was soaked for the rest of the game.” Her favorite scripture is 1 Corinthians 16:13 which says, “Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong.”
We appreciate the dedication that Victoria has given to our team this year and we wish her the best of luck as she goes on to do great things.
